As part of Metro’s Regional Connector Transit project, Hunt Design and Ted Tokio Tanaka Architects have collaborated on designing directional signs, maps and interpretive information to be installed in the area of the new Little Tokyo/Arts District Station at 1st Street and Central Avenue. Hunt and TTTA recently inspected prototypes of the signage currently being fabricated for the project by Bravo Signs. Informational kiosks in Little Tokyo and the Arts District will provide pedestrians with information on notable landmarks, public artwork and historical points of interest around the Station. The project is scheduled to be completed in late 2023.
