Historic Bungalow Court Memorialized in Bronze

A newly installed cast bronze plaque, designed by Hunt Design, details the historical significance of the relocated Wilson Court Bungalows in Pasadena, CA. The 1923 bungalows were moved two blocks from their original location to make way for construction of Chen Neuroscience Research Building on the campus of Caltech. Bungalow courts originated in Pasadena and gained popularity between 1909-1942. Wilson Court was identified in a Historic Resources Survey commissioned by Caltech.
