Public and Private. Large and Small. The environmental graphics needs of todayʼs multifunctional educational environments are as diverse as the students and faculty they serve. Whether itʼs bringing a rich imagination to life, cultivating a sense of discovery or empowering
people to explore, education is at the core of our future.

Branding, master plans, comprehensive campus-wide wayfinding programs, gateway monuments, integrated exterior and interior signage programs for adaptive re-use multi-building complexes and donor recognition solutions are just a few of the innovative tools Hunt Design has employed on dozens of educational campuses. In short, the campus of today requires thoughtful, creative and sophisticated signage solutions to compete and succeed. Technology is also becoming a more and more common component — LED, digital and more.

Much like the ever-changing student body, courses and services, the signage, directories and graphics solutions on todayʼs campus must also be flexible and readily changeable in order to orient new students as quickly as possible and embrace and promote any new campus offering. These visual cues must also integrate and complement the existing architectural environments.

Of increasing importance on every campus is the need for donor walls that inspire action. Todayʼs champions and benefactors of educational institutions are tougher to cultivate and require more creative solutions to honor and appreciate their largess — key is the strategic balance to organize and prioritize displays that lend the right emphasis to each level of giving.

Hunt Design helps the large and diverse audiences on colleges and universities to navigate complex campus buildings and environments.
